Casula Family Medical Centre is a revamped medical clinic. As a team we have put forward a vision to improve the health and well being of our community. The original practice with continuing staff has been in the community for the past 30 years. We have close connections with several of the doctors and allied health in the area.

Feedback & Suggestions
We welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have to improve our medical care. We ask that you express them in writing and either post them or fax them to the medical centre. You may also email to any comments or suggestions to practice@casulafmc.com.au. If you have a complaint about your care you can contact the clinic directly and speak with the doctor or practice manager.
Personal Health Information
All medical records are confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain confidentiality of personal health information and to ensure this information is only available to authorised medical staff.
If at any time you wish to access information in your health record, please contact us and one of our clinical team will facilitate the release of your medical information. If you wish to transfer your health records from a previous practice you attended, reception can provide you with a form that authorises the transfer. Please be aware that some practices charge an administration fee for the transfer of medical records.
